A judging panel that included Jeff Banks, Linda Barker and Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen looked at quality, style, value for money and innovation when choosing Mirari as winner from ‘an enormous number’ of ‘high calibre entries’.

Channel 5’s House Doctor, Ann Maurice, took to the stage at BAFTA to present the award to Mirari’s marketing manager, Robert Lawrence, during the ceremony in March.

Commenting on the win, editor at House Beautiful, Kerryn Harper said:  “The calibre of entry at this year’s Awards was very high and Mirari should feel justifiably proud of this recognition, for it is truly deserved.

“Readers of House Beautiful trust the team to edit the enormous choice of products for them and therefore recognise any award or personal recommendation as something to be taken very seriously indeed.”
