Mirari Kitchens - the product of international thinking

Mirari Kitchen at the heart of Project:LIFE

A striking Mirari kitchen is playing an important role in a unique project by David Wilson Homes  - Project:LIFE, a research house that a volunteer family will ‘test drive’ for the next six months.

The five-bedroom house in Sheffield has been built and fitted out to a very high specification to include all the very latest technologies and design. A research team will follow a family of four as they live in the home, and the findings will provide the company with insight into how new houses need to be designed in the future.

The Project:LIFE kitchen and laundry has been designed by Mirari and David Wilson Homes to create a contemporary family kitchen together with an informal eating area and separate laundry room in the basement.  It combines the smooth contours of Glosstec White with the aluminium framed Quadratec in Anthracite and Grey.  Glass and granite surfaces complete the modern look.

Symphony’s sales and marketing director, Paul Kettlewell comments: “Mirari fits in well with the whole Project: LIFE concept because it is a premium brand manufactured using carefully sourced top quality materials and state-of-the-art technology. We’re looking forward to hearing the feedback from the family and seeing the results of the research into the way that they use the kitchen and eating spaces.”

Symphony collaborated with a team of four European designers to help develop the concept and as a result, Mirari is the product of international thinking – reflecting the best European influences; Italian design flair; German functionality; Spanish passion for space and texture and great British craftsmanship. It offers designers an endlessly versatile palette of materials, colours and accessories to choose from in order to create a completely individual kitchen.
